Very responsive. From the staff in the office to the technicians. They explain all charges and get a technician out promptly. They help explain everything and when they had to come out a second time after an after hours call, they did not charge since they couldn't fix the problem - although they knew it was my new thermostat that I had to replace. I will continue to call Capital.
