A RIP-OFF. I've been going to them for 25 yrs...no more! Dishonest, deceitful, and the watch repairman is a flat out liar! As a footnote...the chimes don't work. They had the clock for 3 yrs. and couldn't get it right. The kids are running the business into the ground! I'm taking my business to Kings!
