I am a real estate agent, and I have worked with AmeriSpec Inspections several times on behalf of my clients. In my experience they have always been professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Most recently I came to an appointment with them about five minutes early, and they had already been there and basically finished the inspection. I didn't have too many questions because they covered most of the information before I needed to ask. The inspection was smooth, quick, and efficient.
