Reviewed with me what he was going to do. He replaced filters and added new oil to the system to help add life to our system. Hopefully, make it quieter. He explained the cost. Told him about one side of our house being quite warm during the summer even though the air conditioner unit was on. He explained that the sun hits the house on that side and many customers had complained about the same problems.
