Let's keep things in perspective. I've been a Martin customer for about 8 years, and never had a problem. They service my system annually, and I was always impressed by their professionalism.
Then I had a problem. This is not to say they are a bad company- everybody has something go wrong eventually. What makes a great company is how they respond when something does go wrong.
In this case, it was with my RO unit, which supplies our families drinking water. There was a service call charge(expected) and a relacement part and labor- also expected. Two hours later, when we flushed the system as directed, our water supply was gone! No drinking water.
I called to report the problem, and the best they could do for me, calling on Wed, PM, was a Friday AM appointment. Not bad, but dissapointing.
