What I consider important in any job, is when there is a problem, the service department for the organization I have contracted with steps up to the fact that there may be issues that may need to be resolved. While I couldn't get a service provider to my location on the day that I called, I did received the assistance I needed the day after. I was important to me because I had a landscaper in putting in a watering system and the need for electricity in the desired location was paramount. It was resolved the next morning while the landscaper was completing the installation. So as my wife very often says when things come together, "" We are happy campers.""
