Had a great experience with the service department. I dropped the Jeep off after hours. Tim called me by around 10:00 with an estimate. The car was finished by 3:00, and they washed it for me when I picked it up at 5:00. nobody wants their car to break, but Palace Chrysler made it as painless as possible.
