Dds is great, poor management.. My baby was vomiting the morning of my appointment and had to reschedule, last minute reschedule. I was charged a fee for last minute reschedule, what was I suppose to do keep my appointment and have my baby vomit all over the waiting room and staff.. Really ridiculous that I would have to pay a fee for my daughter getting sick.. Manager Michelle was no help, Our family have been patients of that Dds way before she was even employed by him.. Seriously though what was I to do!!!!
