We met Dinu after my wife and I saw a GLK online that we wanted to test drive. He was incredibly helpful and informative and was mindful of the budget that we had set. After learning more about what we were interested in he showed us a GLA and advised us NOT to buy a car that day since it seemed we needed more time to think. After other dealers sending in higher pressure sales people one after the other and actually getting mad at us for not deciding to buy their car, this was a welcome difference! We came back and drove the GLA and loved it. Then we went to BMW to drive an X1. The shopping experience there didn't even come close to what we experienced at Mercedes and the quality of the car was significantly lower and the price was higher. So, back to Dinu who had been very communicative via email responding to all requests including clearly laying out the costs of the car purchase.
