The customer service at Carl's Van Rentals is fantastic. They went out of their way for me to make sure I was happy. Even though they didn't have to let me use their parking lot to keep my car for 24 hrs, they moved things around to make it possible. I was very surprised that such a small operation was cheaper than a regular big rental company, for the same amount of mileage. My experience was excellent and I will use them again!
