We hired Service Specialties Inc. to replace our outside A/C unit as well as the inside condenser unit, the furnace, and all of the duct work. We got a bid beforehand from another company that was way over priced. Service Specialties Inc. gave us a realistic price and they were very clear with all of the details of what the price includes. They were very transparent and forward. We had the work scheduled for one week after they met with us. The guys were great they explained everything. They had good follow up as well!
