Made an emergency call, had same day service before 5pm so there was not an after-hours fee. Furnace problem was intermittent, so technician was unable to run diagnosis and fix said problem, but offered to do a tune-up instead and explained in detail each step and what he was doing. Very professional, very quick and thorough.
