Roto-Rooter was very fast and effective. I called at about 7pm or so and they had someone out in less than a half hour, I was amazed by this because it was even on a holiday. My technician Bill(722) was extremely helpful and very good at explaining what was going to happen and ways for me to prevent the issue from happening in the future. I was very pleased with my experience and this was my first time using Roto-Rooter and I will definitely use them again because of the great experience that I had.
