I had an appointment at 4:00 pm, and i was across town. To make things worse it was raining with heavy traffic. I called and they assured me that it was not a problem that I was running a few minutes late. They serviced my car within 45 minutes, and I was on my way. I appreciate their accommodation and excellent service.
