The appointment was made at our convenience and in small amount of time period. Our serviceman, Cody, worked quickly,efficiently and effectively. He was polite, addressed all questions and made sure everything we were concerned about was fixed. He was also willing to explain things so that I could understand without "talking down"to me. Overall, FABULOUS!!!
