Extremely Happy with Superior Moving & Storage. We just recently moved to our newly owned condo, with everything going on we were so excited that we did not pay proper attention to hire any reliable movers. Finally I realized that fact and did a small research and hired Superior Moving & Storage. I checked the net and saw many good reviews about them. I called them for a quote and talked with their sales rep Lauren about the move. Lauren seemed to be extremely professional and was very attentive and smart enough to ask me questions and got the clear idea about the move. I liked the deal that was offered and gave them the responsibility to handle the move. Their movers arrived at 9am sharp and finished the move within the allotted time. I was mentally ready for some damaged items because this is a common occurrence in any moves. But surprisingly I saw all my belongings in mint condition even after the move. The guys that moved us went above and beyond what would be expected of movers. They were polite and when they arrived, took the time to introduce themselves and shake our hands. They then explained, you are the customer and today we work for you, anything you need done please bring to our Supervisors ( Robert ) attention. I thank them for a very smooth, timely and stress free move. Definitely a good experience and a quality moving company from start to finish.
