I just used them to open a clogged kitchen drain. The process was pain free and easy. On New Years day I scheduled an appointment for the next day on their website which included picking a 2 hour window for the work. We received a call during the window selected and told they were running behind. About an hour later we received a call to let us know a plumber was available and to confirm we still wanted service. The plumber arrived about 15 minutes later. He was very personable and quickly assessed the situation and provided an estimate. While fixing the problem he took care to protect the floor and keep me informed. He also provided recommendations for keeping the drain clear. The job was complete and paid for in about a half hour.
