Wonderful, professional experience as always. I called on my way to let everyone know I was running late, and asked whether I should continue on my way or reschedule. Kim graciously relayed the message that I should come anyway. Lovely, but not expected. Once there, everyone was warm and welcoming, as they always are, and Kim did a great job. Thanks!
