I really do trust them. When I bring something there I feel like I'm talking to peers who are genuinely interested in helping me make the best decision about what needs to be done, which is especially great for people who aren't rolling in money. It's helpful to hear somebody say "This is the priority, this is what needs to be done," and they've actually at times discouraged me from doing something when they knew I couldn't afford it. Of course they'd never let me leave with anything dangerous, but they always let me know what the priority is and what maybe can wait.
I also love their branding -- the thing with the cat is really fun.
It's such a good experience to go there, and they really do go the extra mile. I've had to bring my car there twice in the past two weeks, and both times they offered me a ride to work so I wouldn't have to take a cab. I really get the feeling that they care, and I absolutely intend to keep using them.
