I tend to be someone who rates people highly, but they did a check for leaks in the roof the first time they came out and found no leaks, and then we come to find out a week and a half later that it's all leaked out again because there was a leak that they didn't protect the first time.
But they did come back out quickly, and they did a good job as far as following up, and I think they credited us for what we paid for in response to the leak they missed. So it was good that they responded so quickly, but not good that they missed it the first time. It ended up being a lot more hassle, more heat in the house, that kind of thing. But in the end they did a good job fixing it.
