I am a rather new customer and I have been very impressed with the consideration I received upon calling for service. After setting a day and time for service call, I was told I had a 8-10 window. As I waited, I was called that the service man was delayed at his last call, but would call me on his way to my address....and he did. He was friendly and went right to work on a kitchen sink leak and kept me informed as to what needed to be done. When the work was done, he again showed me that the drain work was completed, but showed me how slow the water was going down the drain. Decision time--should I wait? or ask if he could snake out the line to see what was causing the blockage? I asked if he could do that work while he was on site. Yes, he could and the electric snake went to work and finally the blockage was cleared and we both watched as the water ran down the drain rapidly! He cleaned up the area under the sink and put things back ion the shelf. I was very satisfied with the work and how quickly everything was taken care of from phone call to work done with skill and courtesy. My last call to Roto Rooter earlier in the summer was the same except with a different plumber replacing a toilet. I will remain a Roto-Rooter ""Rooter"". Lilamae Mueller
