The installers were here promptly at 8:30 this morning and just left at 4:30PM. It was a very difficult install due to the confined space available for the new unit in the master BR closet. The guys, Odie and Jeff were very personable and worked like dogs to get the job done. After many calls back to the office they figured out how to make it work without having to cut up the walls and making an unsightly mess. Kudos to you for that. My only complaint was that the walls took a beating-very dirty, but I guess it couldn't be helped. Oh, and Jeff reported to me that my neighbor's outside AC was not working properly so I called her in Ohio and they spoke with her and are going to fix her unit also. Good catch Jeff. Thank you for the cool air!!!!!!!
