Just got off the phone with the dispatcher. I have NEVER encountered such a rude receptionist in my life. All I can say is NEVER use this company. Since they serve the Germantown area of Philadelphia, I feel stuck. I saw the other poor reviews and didn't believe them. WELL BELIEVE THEM. They're chasing away money. She didn't know enough about me to get the ongoing cab job I needed.
