Requested AC service. Paid over 400$ for maybe 30-60 mins. Changed a couple of filters and freon and supposedly performed 12 point inspection. Mentioned condensation pump leak earlier to technician. Not noted in workorder, said everything is fine. Condensation pump started leaking in 3 weeks. On calling back they want to charge another 100$ for diagnostics? What a rip off. Poor service representative who has no courtesy of speaking with a customer.
