The technicians are excellent, friendly employees and are knowledgeable. Office personnel are nice also. There appears to be some miscommunication within the office and service personnel. After numerous calls, Tech didn't bring the part, wasn't told about it, he then had to drive 2-1/2 hrs round trip to go get the part.
I called on sat, was charged an emergency fee although I had the same problem fixed 3 weeks ago. Frozen condenser. The unit is only 3 yrs. old. My previous lasted 28 yrs. Blower motor took 3 days to get (Tuesday), truck didn't make it on Monday. 100 degrees, it was ruff, we ended up buying a window unit.
No hard feelings', I will use them again.
