The people at Service Specialties Inc. really go out of their way to help you. I bought a very nice Trane system that proceeded to have a glitch just three months after I'd bought it. When I called Service Specialties' emergency number, I had a technician at the house within an hour.
As soon as he diagnosed the problem, he called another technician to pick up the part that needed replacing. They found out that the part wasn't available, so they bought the entire component and replaced it, rather than having me wait three days for the new part to become available. I greatly appreciated their service - they ought to be commended!
