I scheduled one room for carpet cleaning and 1 room for a wood floor cleaning. This was to be done in the same visit. When the man showed up to clean the carpet, he had no idea that I needed the wood floor cleaned. Not only that, but he came 3 hours early. I called the main office and asked what was going on. This was around 11:45 AM and I was told that the wood floor cleaning guy had quit and they just re-routed me ...only they re-routed me to the wrong truck...the truck without the wood floor cleaning. I NEVER received a phone call about this at all. Very POOR customer service and I would not use them again. There are too many other companies out there that would appreciate your business and make that call.
