Called John about AC problem. He was extremely friendly on the phone and got me right in. He spent 20-30 minutes on the car and, of course, it worked great while it was there. He spent time on it, hooked up the guages and check my freon levels, and charged me nothing.
The way I was treated, the customer service, and the way the mechanics spoke with John, it was obvious this is just friendly, honest, trustworthy shop that is tryiing to fix cars right and develop long-term custormers not just profiting from a quick fix. I'll be back...plus I found out that despite the name, they don't just work on AC's!
