I took my '09 Ford Focus to this business in hopes that they would diagnose and repair my vehicle quickly and correctly, considering it is a dealership and representative of the entire Ford brand. This did not happen. I had to call 3+ times, always leaving detailed contact information and a simple request for an update each time before a mechanic would finally return my call. My car needed a new transmission and the price quote was $2,000 higher than any other garage I called for a comparison. They also told me I had an engine oil leak which I had three other mechanic's search for with negative results.
