After my accident I was afraid I wouldn't be able to do anything because of my condition. So my son decided that I should go see Joe. Everyone was very nice. I kept getting reports quite often so I knew that no one was sitting on their hands, they were moving. And considering all the work that was done, it didn't take very long to bring this to a conclusion. So I was very satisfied with the time line. I consider Joe to be a lifesaver. I even consider him a friend. He was very good to me.
