Sewer line was clogged on a Sunday and sewage started backing up into the basement. Roto-Rooter made it to our house in less than an hour. Andy, the plumber for our job, was great. He quickly identified the exact problem and explained everything he was doing in words I could understand. After carefully explaining my options to me, he got to work right away and walked me through every step so that I not only understood what he was doing, but also so that I could learn more about my own house's plumbing. I never felt pressured or stupid. Before he left, he made sure that the problem was actually fixed and that I was happy with the solution. He explained the guarantee to me and was really patient with every question I asked. Very genuinely, if I ever have another plumbing or drainage issue, I won't hesitate to call Roto-Rooter.
