We called at 11am and a courteous receptionist took the information. Roto rooter service man came am hour later. He provided the service charge information upfront. He cleared the clog under the kitchen sink, cleaned the space and was done in 20 minutes. Very professional job by Danny. I'll use them again. Thank you Roto-rooter.-- vijayB
