We live in Cincinnati...45231. We called the first time at 6:30pm on Friday and they offered to come right out. Our situation wasn't an emergency so we scheduled a service call from 10am - 12 on Saturday. We received a call from the dispatcher at 10:50am letting us know they were on their way. The technician arrived at 11:20. He did a great job installing a new kitchen faucet, let the area clean and everything works fine. The technician was professional in all that he didn. He told us up front what it would cost and that is what we were charged. I would recommend this service.
