We decided to replace the Venetian blinds on all our windows with plantation shutters. One of our neighbors recommended Budget Blinds. Merv came to our house to do the measurement and estimate. He was knowledgeable about his products and very helpful making some suggestions. About a month later, one of Merv's installers cam out to install the shutters. The shutters are terrific and the installation was perfect. They were courteous and professional and we highly recommend them.
