To be honest, I had some trouble. The window treatments that I ordered did not meet my expectations. The team at Window ology bent over backwards to come up with a solution. The owner personally stepped in to help. The result was precisely what I wanted and I could not be a happier customer! My window treatments are stunning!!!!
