Dr. Mata and his staff were very friendly and accommodating each time I visited the office at Lourdes Tower. I have been there at least 6 times regarding my medically necessary eyelid surgery, and it was pleasant each time. Dr. Mata has a friendly bed side manner and a good sense of humor. During my surgery, he kept my husband informed and relaxed. I was saddened to see the reviews that said otherwise. I also had an emergency last 4th of July while Dr. Mata was on vacation. The attending physician called his emergency number and Doc stayed on the line the entire time to walk the emergency room doctor through the process of stitching me up. I cannot say enough about him and his friendly staff.
