Edison Heating and Cooling is replacing my whole system and converting it from oil to gas. I had a number of companies come out to put in bids. I was judging them based on my meeting with them, my gut feeling, and their comfort level with the conversion of the system. Because the salesperson from Edison was very knowledgeable and comfortable, he made me feel comfortable. He answered all my questions in a professional manner and did a great job.
The followup thereafter was great. I couldn't have asked for better installers. I'm a neat and orderly person, and their work was impeccable. They were meticulous and detail oriented in everything they did.
I'm very, very pleased. Even the office staff is very good. The owner is very nice and from a company standpoint, they represented themselves well. I did some financing and rebate, and the girl in the office was good about getting the paperwork together and making it simple.
I'm in sales myself, and I've replaced heating and air conditioning units before. Edison has been very professional, and the education they give their representatives is great. The salesperson was understanding and from there on, everyone in the office has treated me like a human being. I feel like part of the family now!
