Noticing a decline in the performance of the A/C at home, I called Choate's to schedule A/C servicing. I was favorably impressed by the courtesy and professionalism when making the appointment. Likewise, the service technician who came to the house was very friendly and competent. He thoroughly cleaned the unit, topped off the freon and checked the amperage and mechanical functions of the A/C. We are enjoying the improved performance of our A/C.
