I saw their commercial and didn't know what to expect, from the time I called to the time I received help was about 2 hours. The office staff were very helpful and I got a call from the service tech. after the repair to make sure I was happy with the service. The folks at Choates believe in customer service and I am already recommending to them when asked who to use.
