I came to drop my car off for a simple oil change. After arriving at the facility I waited by my car to be greeted (as stated in their sign). I had 2 employees walk right past me like I was a ghost and did not even acknowledge that I was there. The third employee while walking somewhere else stated that someone will be with me shortly. The fourth employee finally came and took my car and paperwork. I then went to the waiting area while they serviced my car. Approximately 1 1/2 hours later, I decided to ask what an ETA would be on my vehicle finishing. I observed the employee walk into the back with my paperwork and look around the entire building. He came back up front and then went to the back again. As I watched him walk to the back for a second time I can see them drive my car into the back and park it to get serviced. They haven't even started on my car yet!!! I asked the employee about this and he gives me an attitude, and starts arguing with me saying he told me it would be an hour and a half since I brought it in. First off I have never even talked to this employee before, and second, the time on his sheet was approximately 30 minutes after I dropped the car off. It took him 30 minutes just to enter the car into the system. After another 25 minutes they pulled my car out with the oil change completed. The car was not washed or vacuumed like I originally asked and was on the original paperwork. The employee stated my car was ready and handed me the keys and completed paperwork, didn't explain a thing or even apologize. My wife and I bought two cars from here and used their service center exclusively and were looking to buy another car from here. We will NEVER return to this dealership for any reason!!
