STAY AWAY!! They are also related to Legacy. Administration tried to bill us for Medicare Covered Therapy as well as Medicare. This is called double billing which is unethical. Then they tried to bill us for days she was never there. Very unethical administrative staff!! They do not tell you that they charge more for copays on medication than Walgreens, Walmart, etc Also, therapy department are the worst we have seen in 5 years. They do not listen whatsoever and provide no value added. They leave you a message and when you call back no one answers. You call back again and leave a message with the operator and then they never call. They have no access to email. At nearly $200 private per day, it is a complete waste of money. Made my mom sit in a wheelchair the first 5 days and she does not use a wheelchair. They would not let her go to the bathroom on her own and would not come when she pressed the call button making her urinate herself. She was demoralized.
