Called Girards and was given an immediate appoitment and was told that the technicians would call me when they were on that way. They called withing the time frame promised and showed up within 15 minutes. Although home office is in Bath, PA., they have technicians withing the service areas as noted. I called a so called local company and they never even called me back and that was the company who originally installed my doors. As a local realtor, I'll always refer out Girards!
