I stumbled upon Jim's automotive just by looking up BMW repair shops. My BMW X5 had an issue with a BMW coolant vent design problem. The Dealer wrote me an estimate for $10,000 - I almost passed out.. I called Jim's and spoke to Jim personally, he explained that he knows of that problem and guaranteed that he could fix the problem at a fraction of the cost.. Jim not only fixed the original problem but repaired several other potential problems at a fraction of the BMW estimate. The potential problems were valid and not a scam.. Jim and his Co-worker Frank took me into the shop and they showed me every particular part that they recommended to be fixed but never put pressure on me to have it fixed by them - we were in the work area of the shop for 45 minutes just talking.. I approved the repairs and our car is running fine, the car was done in less than a week....\r
