I had great service by the guy who helped me. I forgot his name but he is bald and he is at the 3rd desk. He was very helpful and polite. I would also like to say that the guy who was providing the shuttle service that day and moving cars was very nice and helpful and polite. I was very impressed with how him and all his hard work. I believe his name was Dan or Dave but he was working the date i took it in saturday july 19th.
