Worst place ever. Do not waste your time. I spent $750 airfare and $100 truck rental to pick up my pre purchased items in Las Vegas for a apartment complex i own and operate to be told all items were sold and they have nothing in there store available for purchase. Ridiculous! Every item had price tags but i was told they were sold. I was very disappointed in the treatment by so called staff that worked there. When i tried to speak with woman in charge she continued to tell me items were sold and to have a good day. They had already charged my credit card for $750 and was not offered a refund or my appliances. Thank full my credit card immediately reversed the charges to Buylow and suggested i report them in which i have. Dont get ripped off and find a real used appliance store.
