I have been a customer for awhile, when Nic delivered my rug today I thought I should tell you that your company managed to get out a difficult stain out of my Oriental rug. I was thrilled. Nic was polite, a careful worker and was such a nice person to have come to my house. He was quick and efficient, couldn't ask for better service.
