This is an honest and accurate review, from me, an actual first time customer of CA Pools. My experience, from start to finish has been nothing short of exceeding my expectations. Starting with, Travis, my salesperson, to Lori, whom helped me design all of my accents, tile and stone, to the talented and knowledgeable gals in the office not limited to Lisa, Wendy, Rita, Tracie, Meghan and Kami. Fred, the project Manager has been hands on, and on top of everything every step of the way, as if all of this was for a family member. The entire team it seemed, all of these professionals and more touched this project to make it the success it has evolved into. They kept me up to date with the next steps/phase, always approachable, curious and above all...they made this exciting and fun! I would obviously refer them to all. Who doesn't want to feel like a hero in helping people!?
