Although I wasn't crazy about the time frame for my service call (between 6 ad 11 PM), it was worth the wait even though Michael did not arrive until around 10 PM. He was able to pinpoint the problem with my AC quickly, fixed it and was on his way. If I have a problem in the future, I would hope to get him as the tech. Only one problem - phone service when I called around 9 PM to see when he would arrive was so scratchy the answering service could barely hear me and I could barely hear him. Frustrating for both of us. I'm afraid I was a little impatient, but in his defense, he remained calm and helpful and had someone call me a short time later. I do appreciate the fact that Unique provides service at that time of night. One other factor which caused a problem for Michael was that he was given the wrong street address. I am on Stoneywalk Ct. and his GPS showed Pleasant Hill. This happened once before, I think with a regular service call so it might be wrong in your client database. He was in the right development (Tara Golf and Country Club) but on the wrong street so this caused some delay in his arriving. He had to call me and I then directed him on how to find my place.
