We could not have been more pleased with the service we received from Annette! My 89 year old mom was looking for a 'beach house' to buy for her beloved family to enjoy for years to come. As Annette got to know her (and the rest of us), she patiently listened to her thoughts and desires for this amazing purchase, and searched until she found the perfect place for mom.
Since we were coming from out of town, she arranged visits to best utilize our time. She obviously had good rapport with other realtors/sellers as visits went smoothly and conversations that we witnessed were very pleasant.
Annette 'went to bat' for us on any requests we had. She was quick and concise with all paperwork and made the business part of the purchase worry-free.
