I am pleased with my experience with Farrell Smyth. Thanks to the attentiveness (and timely email responses) of Rachel and Kyrie, I have a new home in SLO. I am pleased with the entire process (though am still hoping/waiting on a few small items to be addressed at the property). A special thanks to Kyrie for being so welcoming to the new girl in town.
